This remodel and addition to an existing 3,500 home in Las Campanas was completed in 2022. The existing house had to undergo significant renovations as much of it had water damage and mold. In addition, the mechanical system had failed and had to be replaced with an all-new system for heating and cooling. The new design included a small addition for a kids’ room and bathroom, plus reconfiguring the master suite and kitchen. The owners had an active role in decision making and fixture and finish selection and consulted Jonathan Berger Interior Design.
